These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the provision of roofing services by Natural Born Roofers Ltd, a family-run business based in Dunfermline, Scotland.

2. Scope of Services
We provide roofing services including (but not limited to):
- Roof repairs
- New roof installations
- Flat roofing (Fatra, felt, EPDM)
- Lead work
- Tiling & slating
- Fascias, soffits & guttering
- Emergency roofing services
All services are subject to availability and site suitability.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Prices are based on a visual inspection and may be subject to change if additional work is required.
- Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
- VAT is included unless otherwise stated.
4. Deposits & Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- Final payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
- We reserve the right to suspend work if payment terms are not met.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the agreed start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Emergency call-outs are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Access & Site Conditions
- You agree to provide safe access to the property and inform us of any hazards.
- We are not liable for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe working conditions.
- You are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and fragile items during works.
7. Materials & Guarantees
- All materials used will meet industry standards and be fit for purpose.
- Fatra flat roofing systems include a 20-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
- Other guarantees vary by product and will be outlined in your quote.
- We retain ownership of unused materials unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability & Insurance
- We hold full public liability insurance.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our work.
- Any accidental damage caused during works will be repaired or compensated fairly.
9. Website Use
- All content on our website is for informational purposes only.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute content without written permission.
- We are not responsible for third-party links or external content.
10. Complaints & Disputes
